Rondeau Shores Treatment Centre
Rondeau Shores Treatment Centre Inc. is a private 14-day residential substance use disorder program located near the tranquil shoreline of Rondeau Bay in Southwestern Ontario. Founded and operated by Gail Redmond, B.A., C.C.A.C., C.P.G.C., the centre was created with a clear mission: to provide structured, compassionate, and holistic addiction treatment in a setting that fosters dignity, accountability, and hope. Rondeau Shores was established in response to a growing need for accessible, short-term, intensive residential programming that supports individuals who are medically stable and ready to engage in recovery work. The centre serves individuals who are prepared to participate in structured therapeutic programming grounded in 12-Step philosophy, trauma-informed care, and whole-person wellness. Our goal is to provide safe, structured, and ethically grounded residential treatment that empowers individuals to: -Stabilize early recovery -Develop nervous system regulation skills -Develop relapse prevention skills -identify underlying trauma and emotional patterns -Rebuild self-respect and accountability -Reconnect with self and others We believe recovery is not merely the cessation of substance use — it is the restoration of identity, integrity, and direction. Rondeau Shores operates from 3 foundational pillars: 1. Whole person wellness Addiction affects the mind, body and spirit. As such, healing must occur on all levels. Our programming is carefully designed to promote healing of the body, mind and spirit. 2. Trauma-informed care Our approach recognizes the impact of trauma on behavior, coping patterns and emotional regulation. 3. Structured recovery We believe structure creates safety. Clients are guided to participate in a daily schedule that is conducive to recovery and healing.
